NO REFUNDS / NO RETURNS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any purchases, except where required by applicable law.
By placing an order, you agree that all items are non-returnable and non-refundable for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us at contact@globalgearatl.com within 48 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a replacement, store credit, or other resolution will be provided.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including product selection and shipping address, are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
All items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This includes, but is not limited to, custom products, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If there is an approved issue with your order, it will be handled in accordance with the “Damages and Issues” section above.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws. These rights apply only where legally required.
